Synopsis
Lu Xiao, the brilliant and composed captain of the Haigang Police, has built a reputation for cracking even the most complex cases. But when a mysterious “Water Ghost” killer and a floating corpse case leave him baffled, he finds an unexpected ally in his new roommate, Fang Yitong.
