Rong Jinxiu, a country girl, travels to Shanghai to uncover the truth behind her family's death and crosses paths with Zuo Zhen, a triad leader. As they fall in love, Jinxiu also draws the attention of businessman Xiang Yingdong. Amidst growing danger, Jinxiu must navigate love, rivalry, and threats to her family’s survival.
