Chocolate Covered is a celebration of chocolate - the nectar of the Gods. Claire Clark, one of the top five pastry chefs in the world, visits renowned restaurants and patisseries famous for their chocolate making and culinary excellence. She makes her own spectacular chocolate confections both on location and in her own kitchen.
